What happens when young people make a mistake - but deserve a second chance? The story follows a young person who stole “kokum’s” moccasins and scooter and shows how the Extrajudicial Sanctions (EJS) process works, and how youth can take responsibility for their actions outside the formal justice system.

Focuses on youth, 12 to 18 years, who commit a summary offence (least serious kind of crime) to understand EJS.
