Dusty is accepted to a university in the USA and he plans on using Jay Treaty rights so he can cross the border and attend. Naaáh (Grandma) agrees to give him a ride there. Naaáh tries to assert her rights with misguided information but through many twists and turns on their hilarious adventure Naaáh finally learns about the Jay Treaty.
